Hi, I’m Kris!
I’ve been a business owner for 25 years. After more than two decades of being an owner-operator managing a business team, I decided that I needed a change and I restructured my life to get out of the operator role. I realized that as much as I’ve always loved my business teams, my real passion was working with fellow business owners. So I sold my active business, kept my passive business, and founded Private Business Offer.
Now, I feel blessed to be able to spend my time helping business owners get to their next level. I love seeing the successes and I love learning from the best! I’ve also learned a lot in my personal financial journey of buying and selling businesses and immersing myself into the greater M&A world. I’ve seen all sorts of deals cross my desk and I pride myself on finding creative solutions to get deals done.
I don’t have any employees helping me at Private Business Offer—and I like it that way. I probably should just rename this section About Me. At least when you call, you know who you’ll actually get. Along those considerations, keeping myself available to you so I can deliver maximum value is very important to me. So on occasion I do need to protect my time and exercise my right to deny services. Some businesses may be profitable but are still too small to attract sophisticated buyers. There are all sorts of reasons why a business may never sell. I only need about 15 minutes to see if it’s a good fit.

In addition to being sole operator of Private Business Offer, I am currently majority owner and CFO of a 28 year old brand that consistently averages over 2m in annual revenue.
Acquisition & Exit Experience
I purchased a business for over 3m. I sold another business I owned within a month of listing for 95% of the asking price.

My network of professionals include buyers, sellers, consultants, brokers, bankers, loan guarantors, investors and operators. I’m always expanding my network.
